This Maciej Torbe design has a solid structural foundation that begins with its full tang sheep’s foot blade made of 9CR18MoV stainless steel with a brushed satin finish. The Orthrus is named after a monstrous two-headed guard dog from Greek mythology, and that name could not be more fitting. The Orthrus fixed blade from CIVIVI is a two-headed monster of its own, built to be the ultimate covert tactical knife. One side of the irregular blade has a plain edge with two cutting edges like a tanto blade, while the other side has partial serrations for cutting fibers like a rope. The Orthrus can be wielded just as effectively with a forward grip as it can be used as a karambit with a reverse grip.
