It still has the reach of a tactical blade but the overall width, ie pocket presence, is about half without sacrificing anything at all. It’s great for throwing in a bag or kit where you know it will see some use, or carry it daily and put it through its paces often. The Savant is like a gentleman’s folder with reach, distinguished yet inviting of hard work. It’s quite a knife.
